Dr. Nicole Brown, DC

I grew up in upstate New York before my family relocated to Georgia, where I completed both high school and college. From there, I spent two years in Colorado, immersing myself in the stunning mountain landscape of Steamboat Springs. I eventually made my way to Portland, where I attended the University of Western States and earned my Doctor of Chiropractic degree in December 2022.

My passion for sports, exercise, and understanding the human body has been a constant throughout my life, and I always knew I wanted to channel those interests into helping others. After spending about a year working in a hospital following my undergraduate degree, I found myself drawn to the preventative side of healthcare rather than the reactive. That realization led me to chiropractic care — and it quickly became clear that it was the perfect path for pursuing my passions while helping people live their best lives.

My undergraduate background in exercise science shapes everything I do in practice. I take a gentle, collaborative approach to treatment, working with the body rather than against it. Beyond traditional adjustments, I draw on a range of tools — including Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, cupping, Flexion-Distraction, and low force adjustments — to treat the whole person, not just the symptoms.

When I’m not in the office you can find me outside running, biking, surfing, snowboarding or hiking with my dog Penny.
