Where are you located?

We are located in the old Bank of Sellwood building on the second floor. Free street parking is available as well as bike parking along 13th. Entrance is located between Vetiver Acupuncture and Barbes Salon. A door code is required to enter and will be provided before your appointment. At the top of the stairs there is a waiting room with a restroom immediately to your left. The office is the second door down from the waiting room on the left.
What should I expect at my first visit?

After scheduling you will be asked to complete intake information online before your visit. This allows me to review your information and verify any insurance policies before your visit. Once in the office we will go over your intake and perform a physical exam that includes range of motion, orthopedic testing, and palpation. If indicated, treatment will follow. Treatment can include manual chiropractic adjustments, low force adjustments/mobilization, soft tissue work, IASTM, cupping, and exercise rehab.
Who do you treat?

Common groups of people we see in the office are runners, pregnant/postpartum patients, desk workers, golfers, tennis players, chronic pain sufferers, cyclists, and recreational athletes of all ages.
What if I can’t manage stairs?

If you are unable to get to our office due to the stairs, please reach out directly for alternative options.
Do you take insurance?

Yes! Insurances currently accepted include Kaiser, Moda, UHC/UMR, Regence/BCBS, Cigna, Aetna, Providence, Pacific Source, and First Choice Health. If you do not see your insurance listed feel free to reach out. Please also check your benefits to confirm you have chiropractic coverage. If you do not, cash/self-pay options are available.
